The benefits of buckwheat honey for the body are due to its chemical composition. Nutritional value – 320 kcal per 100 g. It consists of 100% carbohydrates. The largest amount of fructose and glucose, up to 80-95%. There is a small part of protein compounds – enzymes that come from the body of bees, with plant pollen. Their share in the total mass is no more than 0.4%.
Honey contains about 300 different nutrients. There are no exact lists and dosages. The presence of components varies depending on the buckwheat variety, growing region, weather conditions.
In terms of mineral composition, the dark variety of the product is close to that in human blood plasma (serum).

● minerals – potassium, magnesium, calcium, sodium, chlorine, phosphorus, iron, zinc, manganese, fluorine, sulfur;
● vitamins – ascorbic (C), folic (B9), pantothenic (B5) acid, thiamine (B1), riboflavin (B2), pyridoxine (B6), biotin (H);
● organic and inorganic acids – lactic, tartaric, citric, malic, oxalic, formic, acetic, phosphoric;
● aromatic substances (more than 200).
